Our process includes non-destructive entry to access the vehicle, reading the vehicle's security data via the OBD port or direct ECU communication, generating a new working key, programming it to the immobiliser, and performing a full system reset to lock out any lost keys. The result is a fully functional vehicle with new keys that work and old keys that do not.

Can you replace car keys when all keys are lost?
Yes. This is a specialist service requiring dealer-level equipment. We attend your location and complete the full process on-site including entry, key generation, programming and immobiliser reset, without a recovery truck.
How long does an all-keys-lost job take?
Typically 1 to 2 hours depending on the vehicle make and security system. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you call.
Is it cheaper than going to a main dealer for all-keys-lost?
Yes, you can get a spare key made even if you don't have the original. Our skilled locksmiths can create a new key using your car's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) and other secure methods. It's important to have a spare key to prevent future lockouts, and we recommend keeping it in a safe place.
Will the old lost keys still work after you have finished?
No. As part of the process we perform a full immobiliser reset which deactivates all previously programmed keys. Only the new keys we supply will start the vehicle.
What if my vehicle is parked on a public road?
No problem. We regularly complete all-keys-lost jobs at roadsides, car parks and public locations. We carry our own power supply and do not need access to a garage.
